Scott Campion in BES was kind enough to return this outdated guide to us when he ran across it in BES. This guide hails from a time when most staff connected to AIMS (the predecessor of Banner) over serial lines, email was something you ran from a UNIX shell, and the Internet was only available in a handful of buildings on campus.
